The landing animation is really nice because it captures your interest without having to sit through a whole video. I like the irregular grid they have going on with their info/link boxes. When you hover over them, the image becomes smaller and blurry which allows the text that appears to stand out. It goes against what I typically expect to happen (where an image usually gets bigger when hovered over) which is why I found it interesting. They have some jittering going on on their work page when you hover over the images, but other than that, I think it's a well designed website.
