This is a great promo site for the most recent Hunger Games movie. It's really interactive and the details of it really makes it look like you are trying to hack into The Capital or something. The background is super interactive, all the grey squares are character profiles. The hover-over looks pretty cool as well. When you look at each profile, lines connect to the ones you have looked at, so maybe something happens after you look at all of them.

Maaemo
At first glance, this really doesn't look like a website for a restaurant, looks more like for something related to the outdoors due to the mountains. There isn't even any images of food other than the few things that the people are holding in the pictures, but it works with showing what kind of restaurant they are...really fancy.
Fueled
This website is for a design firm. I like the black and white image with the text on top as well as their red logo being the only main color. It's an infinity scrolling site and there's an outline of a mobile phone featuring some apps they have created. Phone and contents change between the sections which I think is pretty neat, especially when you keep the phone half way between two sections because you can see the two app demo videos running at the same time.
Expedition Northern Lights
The visuals of this website is really nice. I like the logo and how the extra border around it is the loading bar. The game itself also looks really nice and it mixes the game footage with live footage. Too bad the contest is only for Europe :(.
Letters
The lines is what makes this website interesting. The home page is very intricate and you can change it from white to black. Their loading symbol is also very interesting and goes well with the overall appearance of the website.

Voice Have Power
This website has a grid structure, but what makes it different are the blocks they use to section each piece of information. The blocks themselves are not too consistent, so it doesn't feel too repetitive until you get down to the tweets. The tweets are also in blocks and I appreciate the size of the block to give the tweet space to stand on it's own.

Destiny
The website is beautifully done. It's for the video game Destiny, so I think it's totally appropriate for them to use over sized images to showcase the game. The page that I think is most impressive is the landing page where you select what plant you want to go to because of the movement and text that fades in and out. It looks like there are a lot of layers of movement to it because not only do the planets move relative to their distance, but so does the lens flare and the stars in the background.
